Meet the Transitions Co-ordinators

Nathalie Crittenden-Lopis (Peterborough) Nathalie was born in France, coming to England in 1990. A parent of two, Nathalie, who lives in Peterborough, has worked with parents of small children for some time now and enjoys helping parents find solutions to common issues. Nathalie will be based at The Welland School in Peterborough and can be contacted by email at nathalie@parentalk.co.uk		Nadia Crichlow (Southwark) Nadia was born, brought up and lives in Southwark. Anna Cressey (NE Lincs) In addition to her existing work for Parentalk, Anna Cressey will be delivering the Moving Up transitions programme to schools in the area. Anna is based at the Parentalk NE Lincs office and can be contacted by email at anna@parentalk.co.uk		Julie Adcock (Norfolk) Julie has lived and worked in Norfolk all her life. She has seven children aged between 5 and 19 years. She is looking forward to the opportunity to support both parents and their children through the challenges that transition to Secondary School present.
