Coaching: Biography
Lorraine Thomas is the UKs leading Parent Coach as
featured in The Sunday
Times, The Daily Mail, The Independent and ITVs This
Morning. She specialises
in supporting parents as they make major decisions about family
life and
motivating them to achieve their goals. She has worked for
20 years in the
national media, corporate and voluntary sectors.
Lorraine
has three children, Joshua aged 4, Holly aged 1 and a 16 year-old-stepson,
Ben. She is married to Jerry, a broadcaster and writer.
She is a working mother who is well aware of the challenges
facing all parents and she knows from her own personal experience
how Coaching can transform peoples lives. She gave up
a career as a successful television executive to become a
Parent Coach and establish the UKs first Parent Coaching
Academy.
Lorraine has a first-class Honours Degree in Education from
Cambridge and is accredited with Distinction by The Coaching
Academy. She is a qualified teacher who has worked extensively
with parents. She is also committed to contributing to the
voluntary sector.
